My corporate career ran from integrations and migrations to full recoveries, in rooms where getting it wrong makes the news. I worked my way from graduate to transformation director, covering strategy, operating model, suppliers, regulators, and the organisational change underneath, on programmes with up to £7bn riding on them. People hired me to get the job done and land the change with minimal fuss. Change sticks when the people doing the work helped shape it.
Alongside the big programmes I advised smaller firms, where enterprise-grade structure lands with immediate, outsized impact. That is the work I enjoy most, and it is why I founded The Thirty Co.
